You can promote Swedish music and contribute to the preservation of The Alfvén Estate as a composer's home. In the idyllic village of Tibble outside Leksand lived the composer Hugo Alfvén, considered by many to be Sweden's foremost national romantic composer. This unique composer's home was built thanks to a generous donation by the Swedish people and was completed in 1945 for Hugo Alfvén and his wife Carin Alfvén.

Now Alfvéngården is an important cultural heritage, open to visitors during the summer, but pre-booked visits are also welcome during the winter. Everything to distribute and preserve Hugo Alfvén's artistic work for Swedish cultural and musical life.

There are various opportunities to contribute to this cultural heritage:

Alfvén society

Become a member of the association Alfvén society, where all proceeds go to Alfvéngården's activities and development. As a member, you will get access to exclusive concerts at Alfvéngården, lectures and membership letters.

A membership costs SEK 200/year for an individual member or SEK 300/year for a family living at the same address. You can also become a permanent member for SEK 10,000. The annual fee is sent to 123 386 90 54 (by Swish) - write your email address in the message, or make a deposit to BankGiro account 5700-7536.
